We want to ensure our guests enjoy the AC Styles experience. If by chance we miss the mark, please let us know immediately.

Refunds & Exchanges

All deposits and services are non-refundable.

Corrective services are available if it is due to stylist error. In case of a disagreement, a redo must be validated by management. Guest must contact the Salon within 24 hours of the appointment to receive a complimentary service to adjust dissatisfaction. Corrective services must be preformed no later than 5 days past initial service date.

It is important to contact the Salon as soon as possible so a corrective service appointment can be scheduled and completed.

Exchanges are available for unopened, unused products excluding
Lip Candi products.

IN-SALON SERVICE

Courtesy Policy

Guests should arrive 10 minutes prior to service time. Contact stylist for tardiness, rescheduling, and cancellation.

Tardiness: Guests have 15 minutes after the start of your service time to arrive. Arrival after 15 minutes into appointment, guest may be asked to reschedule and deposit is forfeited.

Rescheduling/Cancellation: Contact stylist at least 12 hours prior to appointment to reschedule or cancel. A one-time deposit transfer may be allowed at discretion of the Artist. Three (3) deposit transfers are allowed in 12 months.

No Call, No Show: At our discretion, guest will be required to pay a minimum of 50% of the total cost of the service (deposit included) using the card on file. If the payment cannot be completed, the guest will no longer have access to online booking and must pay balance prior to rescheduling.

 Children (13 years old & under)

No children allowed unless being serviced.

Guests, 13 years old and younger, must be accompanied by an adult (18+ years old) for the duration of service. Consent form must be completed and sign prior to the start of service.

If child demonstrates excessive and/or extreme behaviors (crying, screaming, kicking) resulting in immediate dismissal, possibly an incomplete service, and full payment of service will be required.

Hair Loss & Restoration Services

Hair restoration service require a consultation prior to service. There may be a fee for consultation. Please contact us for details.

 Eyelash Extension Services

Eyelash extension guests must come to salon for service. Please contact us for more details.

  CONCIERGE SERVICE

 Courtesy Policy

The requested stylist will arrive 10-15 minutes prior to reservation to set up and prepare. He/She will contact client if tardy or needs to reschedule. In case stylist is unable to complete service, we will contact client as soon as possible.

The stylist is required to wait 10 minutes after reserved time for client. Stylist is allowed to wait no more than 30 total minutes after service time and a $10 per 10 minute fee (up to $30) will be added to the final balance. If unable to wait, deposit is forfeited and cannot be transferred. More than one no call, no show or same-day cancellation will result in Salon only services for 6 months. Cancellation and no call, no show policies apply.

Stylist Emergency No Show: Another Stylist will be assigned or deposit will be transferred to another date and/or time with complimentary service.

Designated styling area should be clean and well-maintained. All pets should be put in a cage or another room during service. Client must provide one (1) towel (if applicable), outlets, and a clean, sanitary flat surface for products and equipment.

Methods of Payment

Cash and Zelle preferred. Major credit cards accepted (3% fee included).

 Reservations

Guests may request a reservation via our website, text messaging, or phone call. All other correspondence such as emails or direct messaging (DM) on social media are not accepted.

  Online Scheduling

Appointment will be reserved based on Stylist availability. Upon receipt of request and deposit, confirmation will be sent via email and/or text message. Online scheduling does require a credit card on file. Card may be charged the full price of service if no call, no show. Deposit is required at the time of scheduling.

 Gift Cards & Loyalty Points

Not available at this time.

 Privacy

Information collected from this site will be used for internal use only. All electronic payments such as credit card numbers and other sensitive information is not shared with AC Styles or direct affiliates.

Right to Refuse Service

All AC Styles, LLC professionals and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service to anyone based on, including but not limited to, manageability, length, and condition of hair and/or scalp. In addition, our concierge Stylists reserve the right to refuse services if the facility does not meet the aforementioned requirements. During service, stylist can refuse or discontinue service if there is excessive behavior (kicking, screaming, yelling, profanity/vulgarity), stopping and/or interruptions. We do not tolerate inappropriate behaviors directed toward our professionals or guests.
